Account Management is looking for interns with highly developed social skills and the ability to face a multitude of challenges while working closely with other team members to complete a wide variety of tasks.
Starting on day one of your internship, you will be immersed with your team and clients, gaining exposure to all aspects of account management. You’ll get a wide range of experience and training far above the typical intern duties. Day to day, you’ll compile competitive research, write project and creative briefs, manage billing and talent trackers, report on internal and client meetings and work directly with clients on projects.
? Let's Begin.
Tell us about a time in your life when marketing personally drove you to action. Describe the brand experience and how it effectively engaged you as a consumer. This could be everything from a specific marketing tactic or activation to a larger brand campaign.
(Limit: 250 words)
Please share with us a recent campaign you feel was effective. (We recommend not using Carmichael Lynch clients or expected brands such as Dove, Nike or Old Spice.) Please include the following information in your response:
A) Who was the campaign’s target audience? B) What was the strategy? C) Why was the campaign effective? (Limit: 250 words)
If you could have dinner with anyone (living, dead, famous, whatever) who creatively inspires you, who would it be and why? Name the person and explain why they’re your chosen dinner date. (Limit: 150 words)
You started your own agency. With an unlimited budget, what are three things you would implement at your agency to enhance the company culture? There are no limits. What would make your employees brag to their friends?
(Here at CL, we brag about our Roofstage Pass Concerts, unlimited LaCroix, and the New Employee Welcome Breakfasts each month.)
