The marketing and new business teams are looking for someone who’s resourceful, smart, detail-oriented and hardworking; an insightful “people person” who can figure out how to navigate the agency and how to get things done. You must possess excellent writing and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage your time and perform every task to the utmost of your abilities.
From day one, you’ll be immersed in the world of Carmichael Lynch, learning our new business process and how we build and promote our agency brand. You’ll get exposure to all departments within the agency. You’ll learn about the advertising and PR industries broadly, while honing your understanding of how to build the agency brand and helping us win new business. And you’ll have a ton of fun doing it.
